POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Student Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion education and possess exceptional communication skills to attract and guide prospective students through the admissions process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Prospective Student Engagement:
○ Conduct outreach to potential students through various channels, including school visits, career fairs, and digital platforms.
○ Provide detailed information about FEDISA's programs, campus life, and career opportunities in fashion.
○ Respond promptly to inquiries via email, phone, and social media.
● Admissions Process Management:
○ Guide applicants through the admissions process, ensuring they understand requirements and deadlines.
○ Review application materials for completeness and adherence to FEDISA's standards.
○ Coordinate with the admissions committee to facilitate timely decisions.
● Event Coordination:
○ Organize and participate in open days, workshops, and informational sessions to showcase FEDISA's offerings.
○ Collaborate with marketing and faculty teams to develop engaging event content.
● Relationship Building:
○ Establish and maintain relationships with high school counselors, educators, and community organizations to promote FEDISA's programs.
○ Develop partnerships that support student recruitment initiatives.
● Data Management and Reporting:
○ Maintain accurate records of prospective student interactions and application statuses.
○ Analyze recruitment data to assess the effectiveness of outreach strategies and recommend improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or a similar role, preferably within the fashion or creative industries.
● Strong understanding of the fashion education landscape and FEDISA's program offerings.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
● Willingness to travel for recruitment events and presentations.
